Floor restoration is a specialist craft and C & M Flooring and Sanding are well

We have restored many different wooden floors, varying in wood species, design and
size. We have even brought wooden floors over a century year old, back to their

As part of our wood flooring restoration service we carry out wood floor repairs
and can even remove large blocks of concrete and blend in reclaimed floor boards
with the existing wood floor.
Wood Floor Restoration Process
As with our floor sanding
service we use the latest 95% dust free sanding equipment, to minimise the inconvenience
to our client's home/ work place.
- Floor inspection by one of our craftsmen.
- Replace damaged/ rotten or missing wooden flooring with matched reclaimed wood.
- Extend onto existing wooden floor with new or reclaimed floor boards.
- Gap filling with a modern technique using a resin bond with dust from the wood floor,
to get an exact colour match.
- Fixing loose floor boards.
- Delicate floor sanding that will retain
the patina of existing wood floor surfaces.
- Precision floor sanding; with the capability
of re-surfacing large commercial floor areas quickly and efficiently.
We use the latest floor sanding machinery which enables us to offer a 95% dust free sanding.
